Insight & Solution: Cool Whip had two big problems: it could not stand out on the shelf and it could not be accepted as with its high quantity of artificial ingredients. After careful research, I came to the conclusion that its chemical properties can actually be revolutionary to consumers eating a dairy-free diet. By now having a playful, bright, and descriptive brand voice, Cool Whip is now seen as a food accessory that belongs on the shelf.
